Pork loin stuffed with haggis and apple

 

Stuffed chicken

Chicken breast stuffed with haggis wrapped in pancetta ham served with a tower of neeps and tatties, seasonal veg and finished with a whisky sauce

 

To finish

 

To finish you will be offered a traditional cranachan followed by a clootie pudding topped with custard

 

This set menu is served along with a whisky to toast the haggis, live entertainment and story telling by Bill Sowerbuts
